To stay fit I recommend while on vacation, one of the easiest ways to practice Pilates while on vacation is to take a stretch band with you. It is the lightest and easiest to pack out of all the Pilates props. I gave these exercise to a client to do while on a three week tour abroad. Below are a series of exercises with your stretch band so you can stay in shape while on the go.
Pilates Side Lying Leg Lifts & Circles
Targets: Outer hips and thighs
Set Up: Tie band around ankles
Lift and lower top leg 10X
Create small leg circles 10X each both directions
